Lomi Lomi - best known for long, flowing, dance like strokes using generous amounts of essential oil. More of your body is uncovered as therapists will massage two parts simultaneously. Gentle stretches and joint rotations are also common.

Lymphatic Drainage - gentle, rhythmical massage designed to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body and reduce blockages.

Pregnancy - gentle massage customised to an expectant Mother's needs based on her stage of pregnancy.

Reflexology - massage that involves finger pressure and techniques such as kneading and rubbing to encourage relaxation throughout the body. Focused on the reflex areas found in the hands and feet.

Relaxation - soothing massage designed to help the body de-stress, relax and loosen up using gentle strokes and kneading pressure.

Sports - massage that helps prevent and treat injuiries and promotes flexibility. Can help the body with restrictive movement. Most sessions will focus on the muscle groups dependant upon what sports you are engaged in.

Stress - massage that involves techniques used to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and generate increased blood flow. Strokes used are a series of kneading, pushing, rubbing and gentle pressure related movements.
